Tweak of the Week
Option of being able to view the "last note first" when Mantis tickets are opened in your email:
Tickets that come to you via your inbox can be viewed, when opened, with the "last note first". It is an individual preference.
To achieve this option open Mantis - the ticket system,
click on "my account",
click on "preferences",
click on "descending".
click on "update prefs".
If you prefer to go back to the original way of having the "first note" first, in the ticketing system, click on "my account",
click on "preferences",
click on "ascending".
click on "update prefs".
